I will evaluate the flow of water from the shingles to the gutter system or lack of rain gutters and assure water is flowing away from the property and report on those results. The interior of the home will be completely inspected, including walls, windows, kitchen cabinets, sinks, bathrooms, commodes , floors, ceiling, interior & exterior doors and finishes. The homes attic and crawlspaces will be extensively inspected for proper ventilation and insulation and documented. All of the homes operating systems will be thoroughly investigated and tested, including a plumbing inspection on any leaks, a electrical inspections for any potential unsafe conditions and heating and air-conditioning inspection for any gas leaks or energy efficiency issues. Examination of all the homes electrical safety devices such as smoke detectors and AFCI & GFCI outlets. Every toilet, sink, shower and tub will be tested for operation, leaks and drain quality. Your kitchen appliances will be tested and evaluated for condition, cleanliness and operation. All of the garage and laundry utility areas are included. The garage door mechanism and operator will be rigorously tested for safety and operation.
