Our 90-Day Warranty comes with your home inspection at no additional cost to you. This warranty covers repairs needed to items that your inspector has found to be in good working condition at the time of inspection. Claims must be made within 90 days from the date of inspection or within 22 days of closing, whichever comes later. For specific mechanical and structural items covered, please ask to see our warranty.
This warranty provides for up to $3,000 for remediation if we miss a mold. If visible mold appears after we provide a clean report, or if the report showed a mold problem that was remediated and visible mold reappears within 90 days, we will provide remediation. This guarantee is included as part of your paid mold inspection.
Platinum Roof Protection Plan
This plan covers repairs to roof leaks for a period of 5 years after the date of your inspection. All residential roof types are covered, including asphalt/composition shingles, slate roofs, tile roofs, metal roofs and non-commercial flat roofs. Defects noted in your inspection are not covered, nor is any consequential damage. For details and specific items covered, please ask us.
We use this reporting service to identify recalled home appliances, water heaters, furnaces and air conditioners. If your unit is on the list of recalled items, you will be notified, and you are eligible for a free, in-home repair performed by the manufacturer. This guarantee is good for life, and you are allowed to register all your appliances with this service that is dedicated to ensuring their safety.
The home’s water line and sewer line are covered against failure due to normal wear and tear for a period of up to 90 days following the inspection or 22 days after closing, whichever comes later. Coverage is limited to $2,000 per occurrence and $4,000 total. Specified repairs include line breakages, collapses and significant leaks that affect the functionality of the home’s water and sewer systems.
