I was really happy with how good mike did on my home inspection, its my first time buying as im going through FHA and he did amazing walk through with me for my first time buying im also 21 and treated me with respect and knowing I was knowledgeable
This was my second time working with Mike for inspections. Once again he did a superior job to ensure our understanding and made sure that all of our questions/concerns were addressed. In addition to his professionalism, attention to detail, and thorough explanation, he is personable which is something that I value. I highly recommend his services.
Mike was very professional and provided timely service. We were scheduled for inspection in less than 48 hours! During the inspection he made sure that we understood everything from exterior to interior. Unfortunately, the gas at the property wasn’t on as we were told but even without that Mike did a superb inspection. He made sure to cover what to expect and look for when the gas is on. His report was provided the same day! The report was thorough, easy to understand, and accurately described everything we discussed and witnessed in the home! Highly recommend!!
Mike was extremely detailed, took time to explain every aspect of the report and got me my inspection and report ASAP!!! I would definitely recommend using his services again. He even called to check on me to see if I needed anything else ore needed any further information!!! Phenomenal customer service!!!
Mike was extremely thorough and helpful during my inspection process. He walked me through everything and answered any questions I had with ease. If you are looking for a dependable inspector, look no further!
Mine at Chicago Metro Home Inspections provided professional services with a thorough explanation of his findings. The summary report added helpful information.
Mike was great to work with for our home inspection! He walked us through the whole process and was very thorough. He explained what he was looking for and had us walk with him for the inspection! I would highly recommend his services to anyone.
Mike saved me so much money and headaches. He was incredibly thorough and found so many issues that were completely overlooked when we first looked at the property. He was honest and direct with the gravity of each issue and made our decision so much easier.
Mike can and did the best inspection I think I have ever seen and from getting stories from other home owners about how theirs inspections went I believe Mine goes above and beyond to make sure you know what your getting yourself into before making a purchase. I will recommend him to anyone looking for a great inspection hands down.
I had a great experience working with Mike as my home inspector. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to carefully inspect everything and explain his findings in a way that was easy to understand. Mike Knapczyk performed our home inspection and was very insightful and knowledgeable taking time to explain everything he saw with annotated photos included in his final inspection report. He was thorough and took his time performing his inspection. He appreciated myself being beside him throughout the inspection to show and explain his findings. He was a great resource in completing our inspection and provided useful insight into homeownership.
Mike came out to our home for a home pre-inspection as we list our home for sale. Asking him to give us a in-depth look to see what needs to be done before we accept an offer. He explained in great detail what a home inspection should be looking for and allows us time to do any fixing/repairs before showing our home to maximize our sales price. It was well worth the cost for Mike to offer us a professional inspection. A detailed report was created that explained this complete inspection. Thanks Mike for helping us get ready.
This is our second time working with Mike, and he continues to impress. He is incredibly thorough, he even got on the roof himself and has his own methods to make sure he's testing and paying attention to every detail along the way.He walks you through everything he finds, explains it in plain terms, and welcomes questions. We always leave feeling like we know our home better. On top of that, he's punctual and gets his report over quickly. Highly recommend!
