He is incredibly thorough, he even got on the roof himself and has his own methods to make sure he's testing and paying attention to every detail along the way.He walks you through everything he finds, explains it in plain terms, and welcomes questions. We always leave feeling like we know our home better. On top of that, he's punctual and gets his report over quickly. Highly recommend!
Mike was following the result of his inspection to the unit I pretended to buy. He wanted to be sure I got the right understanding of his comments in the report.This is not usual, other inspectors I'd hired were not the same, the last day I read from them was the day of the payment.I will hire him again, no doubt about it.

He talked/walked us through all of the major systems of the house as well as any issues that were found. He spent extra time with diagnostics of an unexpected issue, which was much appreciated.
