This guy is good. If you are a first time home buyer like I am. This is the guy you want. He is very very good. He was able to find things that would eventually happen. Such as plumbing issues like he did with my inspection. He is also extremely knowledgeable and answers questions. I am very happy he was my inspector. Worth every penny. If I ever need an inspection again I am going with him
Mike accommodated our short notice need for an inspection, and went above and beyond a standard house inspection for us. He talked/walked us through all of the major systems of the house as well as any issues that were found. He spent extra time with diagnostics of an unexpected issue, which was much appreciated.
